Exchange / Return: Any item purchased from us (excluding clearance items) can be exchange/return, due to the manufacturer’s defect. Products returned for exchange/return must be in new original condition and un-used and be return in original packaging within 7 days of the receiving date. The item must be in its original condition, undamaged and un-used. All shipping fee is not refundable.

If the package is damaged by freight carriers, please put the remark when you receive the item and inform us at once.
Cancellations: Your order can be cancelled prior to shipping without any charge. If your order have been already packaged or shipped, you will respond all the shipping and handling charge for the return item.
