Shipping Information: The shipping fee in order is calculated on the weight of your shipment, the shipping address and the type of shipping service that you request. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. We choose the carriers (UPS or Freight Company) to ship your order in the safe and fastest shipping method for you.
Shipping Methods & Transit Time: UPS/Freight company - we use the ground service of these carriers for shipping most of items within the United States (usually Transit Time: 3~10 Business Days, depends on the shipping address) after confirming and processing the order. Should you require faster service, 2-3 Business Day service is available at an extra cost (no Next Business Day service).
Orders Processing Time: Our Order Department thoroughly reviews to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has verified, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. If necessary, for security reasons, we may contact you for the additional information (payment and credit card) by phone or email, before processing your order. Sometimes, the shipment may be delayed by credit card processing. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them within 2~3 business days from our warehouse in California. If the item(s) on your order are temporary out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you the order status within 2~3 business days by email or call.
